Outlaw Distillery's Barrel Proof Bourbon is the best expression of our Bourbon Whiskey ever released. Over the past few years, we have set aside specific barrels that were simply exceptional and too good to be bottled/sold at 86 Proof. What you end up with is an ultra-premium Bourbon whiskey cooked, fermented, distilled, and aged by us to absolute perfection. This Bourbon is so good we decided to bottle and bring it to you exactly as it was in the barrel.
